SAN MATEO, California – HONG KONG MX Mooncakes, a flagship brand of Maxim’s Caterers Limited, announced today its upcoming participation in the 2026 USA Asian Culture and Food Expo, scheduled for August 15–16 at the San Mateo County Event Center.
The brand will feature its signature festival collections—including its traditional Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake with Two Egg Yolks, White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake, and proprietary Lava Custard Mooncakes—as part of the annual outdoor Asian Foodie Festival.
